Dr. Michael Valier was born and raised in Colorado. He enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding or telemark skiing preferably in the back country, climbing, alpine climbing, camping, fishing, boating and just being outdoors with family and friends. The love he has for the outdoors has brought him a wide knowledge of the human body and its capabilities, although pushing his body to its limits while playing hard has come at a cost. He has sustained numerous injuries over the years such as a broken neck and tailbone, numerous fractures and concussions.
Because of chiropractic care he was able to heal from his injuries and maintain an active lifestyle. Dr. Valier says chiropractic care will always be a part of his wellness lifestyle. He is thankful for the opportunity to provide customized chiropractic care to his patients and witness them experience fantastic results. Dr Valier states he sees his patients 'turn their power on' with chiropractic care.
Dr. Kerstin Opitz, originally from Germany, earned her B.S. at Iowa State University and her Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, GA. Her training continued after graduation, focusing on specializing in pediatric and pregnancy chiropractic, Quantum Neurology, BioEnergetic Synchronization, animal chiropractic, and nutrition.
Having grown through various personal health crises, she has a profound understanding of what the healing process encompasses. It was through chiropractic and nutrition that she was able to regain her life and enjoy her favorite hobbies such as hiking and horseback riding. Making Fibromyalgia, dysmenorrhea, and some broken bones a thing of the past, she even got to hike the Pacific Crest Trail last year. Now she’s focusing her energies on helping others get their health back, with a few adventures on the side.

Jen MenardieLMT, CNMT
My name is Jen Meynardie and I am very excited to have joined this team! I majored in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy because of a love for learning about the human body and a desire to help people. However, I was not passionate enough about physical therapy to continue on that career path and instead spent many years working with youth in San Diego, CA. It became time for something new and I ended up in Colorado Springs where I found the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. I did their extended program to become a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. I was excited to discover massage therapy as the best path for my desire to learn and help people experiencing pain or discomfort. I mainly see clients who seek deep tissue and specific work, but I adjust to any preferred pressure level. I am certified in Aroma Touch if you desire the benefits of essential oils. I have received training in multiple different modalities such as myofascial release, reflexology, hot stone, visceral, craniosacral therapy, compressive deep tissue, and more. If you are experiencing any pain, discomfort, tension, limited range of motion, or stress I would love the opportunity to be a part of your healing process.
